I might have missed it in the video interview but all the "action" in the Virtual Branch occurs at the ASB website in a subdomain: https://fbchat.asb.co.nz, not on Facebook. They didn't directly answer your question above.

But it's a great innovation for a direct bank. I remember the old Auckland Savings Bank and the zoo elephant they sponsored - Kashin. :)
